Pace and daily operations
Choose optional marked walks and higher-altitude activities only within the travellers’ fitness, conditions and guide requirements.. Swiss transport timetables, daylight, weather and mountain-rail operating calendars are considered for each date-specific itinerary.

The category is indicative. Named hotels, room types and meal plans are proposed for specific dates and confirmed only after availability is checked.
Road & rail connections
Choose rail, chauffeur-driven road travel or a suitable combination. Car-free destinations including Zermatt require permitted public transfers. Scenic rail reservations, passes, boats and mountain transport are confirmed when included in your booking.
Meals and dietary needs
Vegetarian, vegan and Jain meal requests may be coordinated where available. Meals are included only when listed in the confirmed quotation.
Seasonal mountain conditions
Mountain lifts, pass roads, summit railways, ski experiences and lakeside boats may operate seasonally and depend on weather. Equivalent visits or alternate day order can be proposed where necessary.
Families, accessibility and comfort
Child seats, accessible transfers, quieter walking routes and family room requests are handled when specified during quotation. Certain Alpine locations require lifts, steep paths or multiple rail changes.
Visas and travel documents
Guests are responsible for passports, relevant Swiss/Schengen entry permissions, insurance and personal travel documents. Assistance and supplier booking conditions are detailed in the formal quotation.
Booking, confirmation & payment process
After receiving your enquiry, SwissVoyagers prepares a date-specific proposal using the requested passenger count, hotel level, rooming, departure city and any special requirements. Space is not held until confirmed in writing unless the quotation explicitly states otherwise. Rates may change before deposit because hotels, scenic trains, mountain services, attraction tickets and transport operate with live availability.
Once the booking is accepted, the confirmation documents identify the payment schedule, cancellation terms, supplier conditions and services included. Final vouchers and operational details are normally issued after the required payments and supplier confirmations have been completed.
What travellers should arrange separately
Travellers remain responsible for valid passports, visas/eTAs where applicable, travel insurance, personal medical requirements, airline check-in, optional gratuities, personal expenses and any service not specifically listed as included. Travel insurance with cancellation, medical, interruption and baggage protection is strongly recommended for international travel.
